When the U.S. women's national soccer team filed a gender discrimination lawsuit in March of last year, few thought it would end with a $24 million settlement.

The joint Collective Bargaining Agreements with the United States Soccer Federation, United States Women's National Team Players Association and the United States National Soccer Team Players Association will run through the year 2028.

In May, U.S. Soccer became the first world football federation to give equal World Cup prize money to the men's and women's national team players.

The USWNT Players launched their own store to raise the level of women's soccer domestically and continue to grow the game worldwide.

The first jersey created by the USWNTPA was the Stella Nova collection. With the 50th anniversary of Title IX in 2022, the Players Association notes that it wouldn't be possible without the women who came before.

"We are so proud of the hard work and dedication our members have put in to get this agreement done," says Sam Mewis, vice president and treasurer. We can extend the celebration of the moment to our supporters by using the "new star" collection.

Along with the jersey, there's a scarf that is the official scarf of the USWNTPA and MLS, U.

The collar of the jersey has the slogan "EQUAL PLAY EQUAL PAY" in reference to the years-long fight and ultimate victory of the USWNT.

The best pieces to commemorate this historical year are jerseys and scarves.
