State troopers arrested nine people after they tried to break up a fight at the Iowa State Fair.

The time is around 9:30 pm. The fight broke out on the midway near Jalapeo Pete's stand, according to the state patrol.

Several people surrounded the troopers when they tried to break up the fight.

Nine people were arrested but there were no injuries or weapons used in the fight.

The Iowa State Fair will be the 4th biggest fair in its history.

He said that troopers charged the youths. The people were picked up from the fair and taken to a juvenile center. It wasn't clear what triggered the fight.
