Frank Reich, who is entering his fifth season as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, is used to rotating quarterbacks on a year to year basis.

At 37, Matt Ryan wants to change that.

Ryan said he is more likely to play for six more years than just one because Reich believes he will break the pattern of five starting quarterbacks in five seasons.

I would like to finish six-and-done. Ryan said his mindset is not for a year. It is not. It still feels good. I think I'm playing well. The camp has gone well. You don't know what's going to happen It is more likely six than one.

Ryan is not scheduled for free agency until 2024, after he was acquired by Indianapolis.

While six more years may beambitious, the four-time Pro Bowler and 2016 league Most Valuable Player was still solid last season while completing 67 percent of his passes.

As he looks to bring quarterback stability to his club, Reich might want to rely on Jonathan Taylor to keep him fresh.
