A napkin was stuck in the passenger door handle of a car as a woman celebrated her birthday with her husband. She went back into the restaurant and washed her hands after barely touching the napkin. She felt a sensation in her hand when she opened the car door after they left.

My arm felt numb in five minutes. Mims said that he couldn't breathe. I was getting hot flashes and my chest was hurting.

Doctors performed bloodwork, urine testing and a CAT Scan on her after she was driven to the hospital by her husband. Mims said she spent about six and a half hours at the hospital after the incident at the park.

The doctor gave her a diagnosis of "acute poisoning from an unknown substance" because there wasn't enough foreign matter in her system.

Mims said in the video that he would have grabbed it with his full hand. I probably would have died.

She told others to be careful as the doctor told her it could have been a kidnapping attempt.

All the women in Houston should be careful when they are out. Make sure you pay attention to your surroundings. Be cautious, be safe.

Mark Winter of the Southeast Houston Poison Center said the symptoms described by Sims match hundreds of potential toxins, although her exposure would be considered minimal.

Several of the comments left on the video suggest that similar scenarios have happened to other people, but others argue that Mims was actually having a panic attack because she claimed to be a germaphobe.

Some of the comments were read by me. Mims doesn't care what people think They should know what happened. They will know not to touch that napkin when they see it. Everybody should be careful. I'm okay, but I'm not. I don't want to travel alone.

Fox 26 reported that they reached out to the restaurant to find out if any other customers had reported the same thing.

Mims warned in the video that there were some crazy people in the world.

I didn't think it would happen to me or my side of town. She stated that it could happen anywhere. I'm just grateful that I'm here.
