McDonald’s board adds three new directors in shake-up

Three new members are joining the board, and one long-time director is leaving.

The chairperson of the fast-food giant's board will retire at the end of the month. She survived the challenge of being targeted by Carl Icahn for her seat in his proxy fight with Mcdonald's.
