On September 8th, Disney+ will show Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi's Return. September 8 was the reason. The second anniversary of the streamer is celebrated on Disney+ Day. There will be new movies, specials, in-theater events, and more, but you're here for Obi-Wan, so here's the trailer.

There isn't a lot of behind-the-scenes footage in there, but what we do see is very promising. He wore burnt Darth Vader makeup on his first day. The director of the series was talking to the two people. The decisions made in the production will hopefully be explained by the doc.

io9 has confirmed with Disney+ that Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi's Return is a single documentary, much like the ones before it. It isn't a full series but an hour or so of making-of information about Star Wars is better than any other.
