Ernestas was stuck in his role as a marketing manager at the newspaper.

He asked for two months off to backpack through Asia.

He said that he met this one on the first day.

The couple said in the video that they met through the travel app Couchsurfing. A flight attendant and her husband were stuck in Beijing for two days because of mechanical problems.

Tyminas and Karpitskaya were the only two people who showed up.

They were going to meet again in Asia a month later.

Tyminas said that the couple went to Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines on their second date.

He decided not to go back to his old life in the Philippines.

He said that they were on the beach. We were starting to imagine ourselves living this lifestyle.

Tyminas quit his job and moved to Europe after he returned to Colorado.

At first it sounded like you were quitting your job. You are moving to another country. It might be too soon. When I returned from that trip, I felt like I was not enjoying myself.

Tyminas flew from Denver to Paris with his dog, an 81-pound Borzoi, once known as the "Russian Wolfhound."

The dog was laying on the floor when he was given three rows of seats.

The couple traveled to places like Italy but not full time.

Ernestas Tyminas and Darina Karpitskaya have taken his dog, Cosmo, to 26 of the more than 40 countries that they have visited together, said Tyminas. Cosmo is a great networking tool, added Karpitskaya: “We meet a lot of people walking the dog.”

After that, she got a position with the airline. The couple continued to travel together despite her moving to a different place.

Karpitskaya took four months of leave from her job.

Tyminas said that they had four months to explore whatever was open.

The trio traveled first to Croatia and then across much of Europe in the back of their SUV.

She never came back to her job and the couple have been on the road ever since.

Tyminas said they spent between $1,000 and $2,000 a month by staying in cheap accommodations, cooking at home and looking for free activities.

Tyminas took several online jobs that netted between $2,000 and $3,000 a month, which was close to his salary in Colorado.

Tyminas said the couple stayed longer in Romania because “we saw how the people are nice … how they how much they have to offer. Sometimes you Google and you’re like: ‘There’s nothing to do here,’ and then you get there and [realize] that’s only because nobody travels here.”

He said it felt like he still had a job.

Tyminas said that the couple decided to open a company despite not knowing a lot.

They worked late into the night reaching out to many people. People would ask if you could design book covers. Is it possible to promote music? Tyminas said his answer was the same.

He said that he was learning on the job using online research and videos. He said that clients were happy.

Tyminas said that they paid him half of what they would pay other marketing agencies.

The couple made $6,000 within the first month. They earn a lot of money working with real estate companies and music labels.

Tyminas said that they do everything. We don't have to tell anyone. Our bosses are us.

The couple said they spent $4,000 a month. They said that more than half of the money goes to accommodations that vary by location. They don't allow stays in expensive places for more than a week.

Tyminas said that one way to save money is to book a monthlong stay on the platform. They ended up paying $2,500 a month for Europe's Christmas markets when they bounced from place to place.

She doesn't want people to be scared because they spent less in the beginning. They spent 80% of their income, but now Tyminas says they spend 30% and save the rest.

The couple told CNBC that they still cook most of their meals at home. They spend more on activities that they film for their YouTube channel.

They said that a life of constant travel isn't always enjoyable.

They encountered hosts who canceled reservations at the last minute. Twice in Mexico and once in France, their camera equipment and clothing were stolen, as well as an attempt to steal their belongings from their car in Barcelona.

When they find a place they really love, such as the beaches of Portugal or the French Riviera, they may want to settle down.

He said that the place is just as good if we drive elsewhere.

Tyminas sent an email to CNBC saying that they had stopped traveling for the time being because of Russia.

Tyminas and Karpitskaya (pictured here in Abu Dhabi) stopped traveling at the outset of the Russian-Ukraine war. Karpitskaya’s family is now out of Ukraine, except her brother, who “has signed up to be in the military to defend his country,” said Tyminas.

He said that they didn't leave their apartment for a few weeks. Many dogs from shelters to be taken out of dangerous regions for adoption in Europe were arranged by us.

They were helping to evacuate the family by the summer.

Tyminas said that they were able to get Darina's parents out of Ukranian a week ago. We took Darina's sister and her baby to live in Germany after we picked them up from the border.

They plan to explore Southeast Asia for the next two months.
