It doesn't sound like she's alive despite the claims of a famous search and rescue dive team. On their official Facebook page, theAdventures withPurpose wrote that they had made the claim Sunday. We just found Kiely Rodriguez. They say that she is confirmed to be inside a vehicle that is upside down in 14 feet of water and that law enforcement is on their way. Reports say it might be in Prosser Lake. Since the beginning of the month, this area has been the focus of the search efforts. AWP promised to help locate her, and it looks like they did just that. We reported that as well. The dog the Bounty Hunter told us that he was hesitant to get involved in the high-profile missing persons case because of the backlash he received from the Petito case. She and a bunch of other youths were partying at the lake when she went missing. She vanished late in the night and hasn't reappeared since. An effort has been made to locate her. If foul play is suspected, no other details have come to light as to how the man ended up in a car and submerged in the lake. The story is evolving.
