After her primary loss, Liz Cheney said she has no regrets.
Cheney shared her thoughts on the race and the GOP with Jon Karl on ABC News' "This Week".
There is no regret. Cheney said that he felt sad about where his party was. I feel sad about how many of my colleagues have responded to what I think is a great moral test and challenge of our time, a great moment to determine whether people are going to stand up for our democracy.

After she voted to impeach Cheney, the former president had it in for him.
Trump's continued influence on the Republican party is demonstrated by her loss.
People are still believing the lie. Cheney called out state and national Republican leaders for believing in what he said.
"We really have to decide whether we're going to be a party of substance and policy, or whether we're going to remain, as so many of our party are today, in the grip of a dangerous former president," she said.
In the coming months, Cheney will make a decision on whether to run for president.
