He said that Russia might try to do something particularly cruel this week.

Six months after Russia invaded Ukraine, the country will celebrate its 31st Independence Day on Wednesday.

The headquarters of Russia's Black Sea fleet in annexed-Crimea was hit by a drone early Saturday.

The Russian-appointed governor of occupied Crimea said on Telegram that a drone flew to the top of the building.
