According to The Washington Post, a number of Republican strategists and consultants are growing increasingly dismayed about the disappearance of millions of dollars at the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

Candidates in the final stretch of Senate races are running out of cash at the national campaign fund.

The committee's CEO would be fired if they were a corporation, according to a national Republican consultant.

The consultant, who spoke to the outlet on condition of anonymity, said that an audit was needed because the money had been wasted. It's a rip off.

The "National Rick Scott Committee" stands for "National Rick Scott Committee" as a result of the Republicans attacking him for featuring himself in ads and releasing a policy agenda that caused trouble for the GOP.

By the end of June, NRSC funds were down to $28.4 million from $173 million at the beginning of the year.

The committee spent more than $12 million on American Express credit card payments with no clear purpose, as well as $13 million for consultants and $9 million on debt payments, according to the Post.

Republican candidates are having a hard time raising money for the general elections.

J.B. Poersch told the Post that it was surprising that the Republican candidates had struggled to raise money.

Republican donors may be finding candidates that are out of step with where they are. Voters may be feeling the same way.
