There are two main types of investor visas in Panama with requirements ranging from $40,000 to $750,000.

The "Panama Reforestation Visa Program" is the cheapest way for foreign investors to contribute to a reforestation initiative.

If you apply through theQualified Investor Program, you can get permanent residence status in exchange for a real estate investment of $300,000, stock exchange investment of $500,000, or a fixed-term bank deposit of $750,000.

The real estate investment option within the golden visa program has been suspended, leaving three alternative investment routes for foreign nationals.

This is the first thing. There is a 50,000 investment into the equity capital of a company.

There are two 250,000 worth of special-purpose interest-free bonds can be purchased.

There are three. Contribute 25,000 to the state budget and invest 280,000 into the capital of a Latvian bank.

There are four ways to get citizenship by investment in Antigua and Barbuda.

A $100,000 donation to the national development fund is the least expensive option. The University of the West Indies can accept donations from applicants.

There is a $30,000 processing fee for investing in real estate worth at least $400,000.

The most expensive option is to invest at least 1.5 million dollars into an approved business on the island and pay a $30,000 fee.

The Investment Migration Council says that St. Lucia offers four different investment options in exchange for citizenship.

A $100,000 donation to the national economic fund is the least expensive option. The property that can be purchased for $300,000 cannot be sold for five years.

You can invest a minimum of $3.5 million in an approved enterprise project, which includes restaurants, cruise ports, universities and transportation infrastructure. Three permanent jobs must be created by the projects.

The final option is to invest a minimum of $500,000 in government bonds, which is currently discounted 50%.

There are three ways to become a citizen of St. Kitts and Nevis.

The first thing you can do is donate $150,000 to the sustainable growth fund, which will be used to promote growth in various sectors including healthcare, education, alternative energy, climate change and resilience.

The program's alternative investment option can be contributed to by applicants.

The final option is to invest in a real estate project with a value of $200,000 or more.
