After he found out how his Manchester City career ended, he was angry and upset, but now he is happy.

After seven trophy-laden seasons in Manchester, where he scored 131 goals in 339 appearances and won four Premier League titles, four League Cups, and one FA Cup, it was no surprise that he moved to England's top flight.

In his final season with City, the England international played 30 times but only 23 of those were starts, leading him to conclude his sacrifice was not being reciprocated.
