According to Apple, Shazam has over 200 million monthly users and has over 70 billion song recognitions. "Dance Monkey" by Tones And I is the most Shazamed song of all time with over 41 million.
The first-ever Shazamed song, the fastest tracks to accumulate Shazams, and more were listed in a press release by Apple.
There are apps for the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple watch, and more. The Control Center in the latest version of the software allows users to identify what music is playing without having to download the app.
