Three men have been charged with the murder of notorious Boston mob boss James "Whitey" Bulger, who was beaten to death at a federal prison in West Virginia.

Four people have been charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Both DeCologero and Geas were charged with aiding and abetting first degree murder and assault resulting in serious bodily injury.

There is an additional charge of making false statements.

The United States Penitentiary Hazleton in West Virginia is where DeCologero and Geas are being held.

The Justice Department said that he was arrested in Florida on Thursday.
