HBO Max is turning into a shell of its former self, bit by bloody bit.

The world is mourning the uncertain future of one of the great streaming services--Hbo Max. The largest dump in recent history is being removed from the streaming service by the company.

Our Flag Means Death, for example, is one of the best shows on the service. Fans were concerned about what would happen to their favorite shows when David Zaslav announced that Warner Bros. would be merging with Discovery. The streamer dumped 36 titles this week, the largest purge we have seen so far, according to a report from Variety.

As we work toward bringing our content catalogs together under one platform, we will be making changes to the content offering available on both of our platforms. Content will be removed from both platforms.

The majority of these titles are originals from the premium cable channel. It is a bit odd that they will be unavailable on the platform that they were created for with no indication of where they are headed. Julia Pott, creator of Summer Camp Island, was upset by the news and said that animation is not nothing.

When Gizmodo asked why the service is removing their own content, they explained in a statement that: "We're already starting to bring our content catalogs together like the launch of the new CNNOriginals Hub on discovery+ and acurated collection of Magnolia Network content coming soon." The quote indicates that the content will likely move to a new service, but the shows are in limbo. Here is a list of the murders that hurt the most, followed by all the titles that will be taken off the service.

The pulling of these shows isn't great news for their loyal viewers, but the streaming service does want to keep viewers. New and returning customers can take advantage of the discount. When they prepay for a yearly subscription plan by October 30, they'll save 40%.
