Chelsea investigating allegations Tottenham's Son Heung-min was racially abused at Stamford Bridge

According to reports, Son Heung-min was racially abused at the hands of a group of people.

Fans have been banned from the club before for racist incidents.

In a statement, Chelsea said discriminatory behaviour was "totally abhorrent".

There are still idiots like this that attach themselves to this club as fans, which shames us, our coaches, players, staff and our true supporters.

The person will face the strongest action from the club if they are identified.

It doesn't fit in any of our communities.

The 'No To Hate' campaign gave instructions on the back of every seat on how supporters can report abuses by texting or using a barcode on a phone.

Identifying a specific seat will increase the chances of people being caught.
