Portuguese football expert Pedro Sepulveda says new Wolves signing Matheus Nunes is one of the brightest talents currently playing in the country

Pedro Sepulveda is a football journalist from Portugal.

The transfer record for Wolves is worth it to me. One of the top players in Portugal is being talked about. He's going to the World Cup for Portugal.

This is one of the best players in football today. We don't know how he is going to react in the league.

We will talk about this player in the next transfer window if he does well in his first season in England.

We can talk about a big transfer in the next transfer window if he goes well at Wolves.

How Nunes will fit in at Wolves

Bruno Lage had only two senior central midfielders available for the first two games of the season because Joao Moutinho was injured on the eve of the premier league season. The cover for Ruben Neves and Leander Dendoncker had two people on it

This is a great addition for Wolves in this transfer window. They have lacked the ability to carry the ball forward from the middle of the pitch since they were promoted from the Championship.

In the Portuguese league, Nunes dribbled 81 times. That was more than any other player. It will have a huge effect on his new team if he can duplicate that at Wolves.

Over the past four seasons, Neves and Moutinho have been excellent, but they are not ball carriers. The combination of skills between the three Portugal internationals will allow Lage to change formation.

The end of the back three was marked by the departure of Coady. Lage switched to 4-2-3-1 for the first two games because there weren't many options in the middle of the field. The 4-3-3 that the coach toyed with in pre-season can now be adopted. This might be a new Wolves.

Sky Sports News spoke to a Portuguese journalist about the future of a player.

I can tell you that after the game between Midtjylland and Benfica in the European Championship, there was a meeting between the two clubs to find out what the price was for the player.

"Wolves want the player too and some weeks ago they made an offer to Benfica and that offer was a loan worth 5m with an obligation to buy around 30m."

Bruno Lage has already told Ramos that he wants him at Wolves, because they've already worked together.
