The Norwegian Cruise Line is affected by supply chain issues.

The first six weeks of European sailings on the new Norwegian Viva will be canceled due to supply chain disruptions.

The Viva is the second ship in the new class. The Norwegian Prima, its sister ship, was delayed this year due to supply-chain issues but is scheduled to debut in August.

The Viva was going to start sailing in July of 2023. The Viva sailings have been canceled and the Norwegian Getaway has been put in their place.

Guests can either sail on a comparable itinerary on the Getaway at a 20% discount of the cruise fare originally paid or cancel their reservations on the Viva and rebook at a later date. Guests are required to cancel their sailing by September 2. Guests who are impacted will receive a 10% discount on sailings.
