Anne Heche's Cause of Death Revealed, Smoke Inhalation & Burn Injuries

Anne Heche died from smoke inhalation and thermal injuries, which she sustained when her car went flying through the home of a woman in Mar Vista.

Her death was caused by a sternalFracture due to blunt trauma. She ended up in a coma for the rest of her life because part of her chest was crushed.

The death was listed as accidental.
