Governor’s office files to kill subpoena seeking testimony in Fulton County election probe

For more than a year the Governor's team has continuously expressed his desire to provide a full accounting of his very limited role in the issues being looked at by the special grand jury. We are just weeks away from the general election and it is difficult to devote the time necessary to prepare and appear. We are asking the judge to allow the governor to come in after the election to speak to the grand jury about his defense of state law and the Constitution.
