Thousands of pouches of Capri Sun are recalled due to possible contamination with cleaning solution

There is a possibility that a cleaning solution may have caused the recall of thousands of Capri Sun pouch.

The Wild Cherry Flavored Juice Drink Blend beverages are one of the reasons for the recall.

The company said in a statement that the voluntary recall was due to the introduction of a cleaning solution into a production line.

Several customers complained about the taste of the Wild Cherry juices and were made aware of the problem by the company.

The number of individual pouches that were affected was not made public. It's possible that over 230,000 individual juices were contaminated because there are four cartons per case.

The public was made aware of the recall on social media.

You can check the pouch for a "best when used by" date if you're wondering if your juice was recalled. Drinks that may have been affected are being stopped by multiple retailers and distributors.

The company said that consumers who purchased these items can return them to the store where they were purchased.
