According to the Clay County Sheriff's Office in Alabama, a University of Central Florida student died when he fought back after being robbed while on the road.
The sheriff's office said in a press release that the victim was a 22-year-old man from Florida who was traveling with his girlfriend, a 20-year-old woman.
Around 11:30 a.m., it occurred. The couple were driving through a national park a mile from Cheaha State Park. The park is located in Alabama.
The two people were flagged down by a woman.

Officials said the child was Pinkins' son. The boy was picked up by the Department of Human Resources after she was arrested.
The sheriff's office said it didn't appear that anyone else was using the camp.
Hider is accused of murder, two counts of kidnapping, and two counts of robbery. The weapons used in the crime have been recovered and she is in a hospital.
