Users of the fitness tracker are noticing that their workouts aren't being recorded in the app. It appears that select devices are affected more than others by the lack of sync data.

According to DownDetector, it appears that the outage started early Tuesday morning and affects the Charge 5. Our own Charge 5 unit doesn't seem to be affected, and it's not clear if other devices are having the same problem.

Charge 5 owners have complained on the account, which has told them to try out various methods, but they have not been successful. The company is investigating the issue and hopes to have a solution soon, according to the update posted by the support account.
