A woman in Florida was arrested for going too far in the discipline department.
The mother took matters into her own hands after she found sexually explicit pictures on a family member's phone.
The family member was later identified as the suspect's daughter.
The mother worked at the hotel where witnesses said the man abused the woman by handcuffing her to a steering wheel in a hot car. Police say that is where the mother shaved the child's head, shoved a pipe in her mouth, and wrote sexually derogatory words on her face.
The mother is not being named to protect her identity.
The video contains strong and offensive language.
The pipe and the girl's hair were found in a garbage can.
Cops say a Florida woman drowned her family pet.
The violence was reported to the sheriff's office at 1:45 p.m. Dispatchers got a call from a co-worker of the mother. Around 4:30 p.m., the sheriff's office went to her house.
The video was taken outside her house and shows the suspect cursing at the officers and trying to get away from them.
The Palm Coast woman was charged with child abuse without great bodily harm, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence.
She is being held at the sheriff's jail.
"You have the right to discipline, but this woman took her anger out on the victim in completely unacceptable ways and then tried to impede the deputies who responded to investigate." I have never seen someone do these kinds of horrible acts to a minor as punishment. She needs anger management classes.
The no-contact order was imposed by the judge. The incident has been reported to the Florida Department of Children and Families.
