There's peanut butter and Jelly. People eating bacon and eggs. Antonio Brown and Jerry Jones could be added to the list if the former has his way. The Cowboys owner received a message from Brown.
The people want you to return to football.
Jerry Jones, please call me.
The reporter asked if it really was.
Maybe...
Imagine what it would be like to deal with Brown on a football field. There is a chance thatAB could become Dallas' second option. He's still good enough to be the No. 1 option, but third-year wideout CeeDee Lamb is.
A weapon like Brown could be used by the Cowboys. Dallas doesn't have a proven second receiving threat heading into the season, so I'm not sure how they'd feel about this. Michael Gallup is still recovering from an injury. Washington fractured his foot in training camp and won't be able to play until October.
It's a no-brainer for a team in need like the Dallas Cowboys. It isn't just his production on the field for Brown. You have to accept the entire package if you bring in Antonio.
There is a history of violence against women in the part of the package that isAB. Jerry has always been able to sign a player he wants. Greg was signed by Jones after he was arrested for assault. After the accuser stopped cooperating with the prosecution, the charges were dropped. The charges were dropped. Britney Taylor accused Brown of raping her. Brown was accused of sexually assaulting Taylor at least three times. After denying the allegations, Brown settled a civil suit with Taylor. That is just one of the things you get when you bring in a person likeAB.
Tom Brady was the one who wanted all of that overlooked. Brady and Brown were able to win a Super Bowl together because of Brady's friendship withAB. Last year,AB reverted to being all aboutAB and said Brady, be damned, I'm out if you don't pass me the ball. Brown is a free agent after walking out on the Buccaneers.
A couple of days ago, we were given another glimpse into Brown's mind when he copied and pasted a quote onto the social networking site. In his post, he mentioned his friend, West. Ye andAB are deserving of each other.
I wouldn't be surprised if the video and post were sent to Jones with one word in the caption. During his first two years in the league, the last receiver who couldn't get on the same page with the quarterback was Dez Bryant. The two years they played together didn't go well. Bryant caught passes from Tony Romo for a long time. During the preseason, he got hurt.
Bryant wasn't able to catch 70 balls in a season. Bryant caught 50 passes during the campaign. The switch at quarterback didn't go as well as he would have liked, and he never got over it.
It is safe to say that there is no interest in dealing with another receiver that will question and pester him about where he throws the ball. If Brown was willing to question Brady's decision-making, then he wouldn't have a chance of getting Brady to change his mind.
I doubt we will see Brown in a Cowboys uniform. He doesn't deserve it at the moment. He would probably run out of chances. This is the National Football League, and possibly Jerry Jones. We are aware of the history of both.
There is a chance that the delusionalAB will return to an NFL field for another round. Brown could get some calls once we get into the season because teams need a deep threat and players get hurt. The talent of the National Football League is higher than anything else. You can see DeshaunWatson. Maybe I'm wrong.
