In general you can expect that the Chase Lounge is a place to enjoy snacks and light refreshments, and also to relax and cool off (since this is air conditioned, which is a hot commodity at the US Open).
The US Open Chase Lounge is located inside the East Gate entrance of the tennis center.
You can register for the US Open Chase lounge. You can reserve a specific time slot by going to the dedicated page.
It is possible to make reservations for visits between August 29 and September 7. The lounge can be accessed on a walk-in basis.
You have to enter your first name, last name, email address, and customer service phone number when you choose a session.
You can confirm your spot after that. You can choose to wait if there is not a session for you.
Each member can reserve up to four slots, with each slot good for one person. You could bring four people in at the same time or you could visit alone.
The US Open will be held in the Chase Lounge. It is open to all cardmembers, though you need to register in advance for Fan Week, where it is available on a walk-in basis.
You can take advantage of this if you have a Chase credit or debit card. You will get access to snacks, drinks, and air conditioning at the US Open, but you will have to pay a fee.
