The free loyalty program will no longer be offered by the company. On a support page, the company said it was shutting down its rewards program on November 1st. The last day to redeem rewards is on October 31st.
Customers were able to earn points on every transaction of their choice through the new rewards program. New perks are unlocked at each level of membership. Protection against price surging is included in the Platinum level. There won't be a direct replacement for the rewards offered by the company. The company plans to promote its paid memberships. Five percent off rides from top-rated drivers is one of the perks of the $10 a month service.
The company thanked them for being part of the rewards program. It's been a great ride, but we've decided to end rewards soon as we shift our focus to our new program. Existing rewards users will be given a one-month trial of the new app. If you want to keep the benefits associated with the program, you will need to subscribe.
