The company decided to end its free loyalty program so that it could focus on its subscription-based membership. The last day to redeem points is October 31st according to the email sent to customers.

The email says thanks for being part of the rewards program. It's been a great ride, but we've decided to end rewards soon as we shift our focus to our new program.

The loyalty program will cease to exist on November 1st, 2022. You can rack up points for every dollar you spend through the program, which was launched in the year 2000. These points can be used to earn discounts on future rides. If you earn 7,500 points, you'll get the highest Diamond tier, which comes with benefits like premium customer support and better drivers.

Now that is all gone. There isn't another way to earn perks and discounts unless you pay for an Uber One subscription, and there isn't a replacement for the program. Free food deliveries, up to 10 percent off of eligible orders, and 5 percent off on rides from top-rated drivers are included in the price of a subscription.

You will have to pay after you get a free one-month subscription. It is upsetting that a loyalty program that is free and easy to use is being taken away by the company.
