George Conway, a conservative lawyer, said on Friday that former President Donald Trump was in serious legal trouble over his handling of top secret documents.

The Wall Street Journal reported that agents had retrieved 11 sets of classified documents from the president's Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida. When asked if Trump was in trouble, she said yes.

He said that he was in serious legal jeopardy. If an assistant to the president had done this, we would be charged.

He asked if there was top- secret FBI information in the house. It's not allowed to be brought out. It's not allowed to be brought home. The people have been charged less.

The Espionage Act bars the unauthorized removal of defense-related information that could aid a foreign government if the documents are found to be related to a potential violation of the Espionage Act.

The president is being investigated for possible obstruction of justice.

After the Department of Justice pushed for the warrant to be made public, the former president and many of his allies launched a political attack on the integrity of the department.

The former president called the probe a hoax and denied that he was in possession of classified documents.

It was not the former president's responsibility to organize presidential documents according to a statement from a Trump loyalist.

The GSA said they packed some boxes wrong and moved them to Mar-a-Lago. It isn't on the president. He said on Fox that it was on the National Archives.

When a president leaves the Oval Office, the onus is on the administration, according to the GSA.

The outgoing president and their staff are responsible for making decisions about what materials are moved.

On CNN, she lambasted people who supported Trump's claims.

He said that the people who are defending Trump are desperate. They argue that the FBI planted documents.

This doesn't make sense at all. He probably took them from the White House to the residence. He wasn't allowed to bring FBI material from the Oval Office to the residence. He didn't do that because he had no business having these documents in the first place.

In recent years, he has attracted a large social media following and become a frequent presence on cable television for his sharp criticism of the former president, but his wife supports him.

In her memoir, "Here's the Deal," Kellyanne said that she had been hurt in her marriage because of her husband's opposition to Trump.
