According to The Denver Post, neighbors in Colorado accused Boebert of speeding, driving under the influence, property damage, and threatening them.

According to the Post, one of Boebert's sons was asked by a neighbor to stop speeding down the street in a dune buggy.

According to calls obtained by the Post, a neighbor said that the driver was going 50 mph in a residential lane. He just left when we tried to stop him.

The neighbor asked the sheriff if he knew who the Boeberts were. A voice said in the background, "Our wonderful congresswoman."

The Post reported that a second neighbor called for help after Boebert hit the neighbor's mailbox with his truck.

The second neighbor told the Post that there was about to be some people coming down here. Lauren Boebert's husband is a jackass.

According to the Post, the second neighbor said that Jayson was probably drunk and that he had claimed that someone took a swing at his kid.

Everyone agreed to work it out as neighbors when Sheriff Lou Vallario arrived. There were no charges. The Post said there would be no further action.

The Garfield County Sheriff's Office didn't explain why they decided to allow the neighbors to resolve the dispute on their own. The Sheriff's Office and a representative for Rep. Boebert did not reply to the request for comment.
