Jets' Zach Wilson Limps Off vs. Eagles with Knee Injury; MRI Scheduled for Saturday

The New York Jets quarterback injured his knee in the first quarter of the game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Wilson returned to the locker room after being examined by the medical staff. He was hurt when he made an awkward cut after turning upfield.

Robert Saleh told reporters after the game that the Jets would know more after the results of Wilson'sMRI on Saturday. Wilson's knee is supposed to be intact, according to him.

Wilson was selected second overall in the 2021.

Consistency was an issue for the quarterback as he threw 11 turnovers. His quarterback rating was the worst in the league, while his QBR was the best.

They were also worried about injuries. He missed four games due to a PCL injury.

As he tries to reach his lofty expectations, another injury that causes him to miss time could be even worse.

If Wilson isn't ready to go, Mike White would be in the mix to fill in along with Joe Flacco.
