Hillary Clinton's attorneys tried to get Donald Trump's lawsuit against her thrown out on Thursday by using his own statements against him.

The Democratic Party, the DOJ, and the FBI were accused by Trump of carrying out a plot to link his 2016 presidential campaign to Russia.

In April, Clinton's attorneys filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the statute of limitations had run out for Trump.

Clinton's attorneys argued on Thursday that Trump's response did not address their claim that his complaint was filed past the statute of limitations.

According to Clinton's attorneys, Trump accused Clinton and others of conspiring to connect his campaign to Russia.

The court document states that the court should dismiss the case because of the statute of limitations.

According to the court documents, Clinton's attorneys slammed Trump's argument that the defendants "intentionally and improperly exceeded their authority to access server belonging to the Executive Office of the President and Trump Organization."

Clinton's lawyers argued in the court documents that the Trump Organization's computer server is not covered by the Stored Communications Act because they didn't provide enough evidence to prove that the defendants accessed private data.
