According to the company's latest earnings report, the launch of an audio accessory has been delayed.

It is thought that the product in question is the rumored Sonos Sub Mini. The audio company has a new product that could be used with other home theater setup.

The Sub Mini appeared at the FCC in June, which is usually a sign of an upcoming launch. The release of an unnamed product will be delayed until Q1 2023 according to the company.

The publication got confirmation from a spokesman who said that the product launch would be pushed back from the fourth quarter to the first quarter of next year. If we're lucky, the new device could arrive as early as October.

The FCC documents show that the rumored Sonos Sub Mini will come in black and white colors. As the company attempts to minimize the size of its devices, it would be joining some of the best Sonos speakers to launch this year. It remains to be seen how much cheaper this miniature version will be compared to the more expensive one. We will have to wait a bit longer to hear back.

Just this week, the search giant filed a new suit of its own against the speaker company, which is locked in an ongoing battle with them over patents. It's not a good idea for the company to have an import ban.
