Lynch was dragged out of his car by Las Vegas police after he repeatedly failed to comply with orders to leave the vehicle.

Lynch was warned that he could face charges for obstructing an investigation after he refused to leave the car.

Lynch was grabbed by an officer and pulled to the ground, where other officers assisted in handcuffing him.

Lynch smelled like alcohol after he was taken to the ground.

At 7:30 a.m., Lynch was taken into custody. Tuesday was booked for driving under the influence, failing to surrender proof of security, and failing to drive in the travel lane.

Lynch has yet to enter a plea in relation to the charges.

"Have you ever watched someone drive a car like that?" the officer asks in the video. He drove it until the wheels came off.
