According to an analysis for The Washington Post, Russia now has at least $12.4 trillion worth of natural resources in Ukraine.

The Washington Post reported that Russia has seized 41 coal fields, 27 natural gas sites, 14 propane sites, nine oil fields, six iron Ore deposits, and several sites for titanium, strontium, and uranium.
The report said that while Ukraine is known as a top exporter of grains, it is also a top source of fossil fuels.
Most of the country's oil and gas reserves are held by it. Coal is the majority of its natural resource wealth.
There are 30 billion tons of hard coal in Russian controlled parts of Ukraine.
