The former president dislikes people who invoke their rights to self-incrimination. He told an Iowa rally in 2016 that the mob had the right to refuse to testify. Why are you taking the Fifth Amendment if you are not guilty? During his 1990 divorce trial from Ivana, he took the Fifth 97 times. The news that he would use the same amendment he trashed was quite amusing.
