The decision to stop taking the knee before every game has been supported by two players.

The anti-racism gesture was reduced after consultation with players.

The final matches of the 2022-23 campaign will take place before the 26 December fixture and cup finals.

The opening weekend of the season saw all teams take the knee.

"Doing it week-to-week, just because it's something we've been told to do, I think it's faded and lost its impact," said Wilson.

Antonio said it's good that it's not completely stopped, but it will have more of an impact at big games.

The No Room For Racism match rounds will be held in October and March.

He thinks that the government is doing more. Everyone likes football. Football can bring people together, but it has to be more than that.

Taking the knee can help educate young people according to Antonio.

He said we should not completely stop it. It still has an effect. I know that kids ask the question as they go to games. The people are getting educated.

'City defeat was a masterclass' - Antonio

The players talked about their opening games. Antonio was replaced in the second half by Erling Haaland who scored both of Manchester City's goals.

Antonio stated that the system is liquid. It is not possible to contain it. They're moving around. Cancelo will be in the middle, Grealish will be outside, and Bernardo will be inside him. It was a great performance.

Antonio said that he could see the quality of Haaland. I think he will get the golden boot.

I will have to eat my words from a year ago, when I said I wasn't sure he would fit in with the system.
