While starring in the hit sitcom " i Carly", the formerNickelodeon star had a bad experience filming her first ever kiss.
In her new memoir, "I'm Glad My Mom died," McCurdy wrote about her time as Sam Puckett in "i Carly" and the spin-off series "Sam & Cat," both of which were created by Dan Schneider.
"i Carly" ran for six seasons between 2007 and 2012 and starred Miranda and Nathan. When they were in high school, Sam, Carly, and Freddie created a successful web series.
The two characters in the show had a brief romance.
Sam and Freddie kissed in the second episode of the season. After both of them said they hadn't kissed anyone before, the moment happened.
She said that the scene marked her first kiss in real life and on screen. The creator yelled at the actress while she was shooting, making her nervous.
McCurdy said that their lips are touching. He's moving his mouth but I can't. I'm not feeling well. His eyes are not open I'm not sure if mine are. mine are looking at him It's weird to stare at a person while touching them. I am not a fan of it. I can smell his hair product.
She said to move her head around more. The creator is off camera.
She tried to do what was asked of her, but her body wasn't right.
