Von Drehle disagrees with that claim, but he doesn't reach the most obvious conclusion as to why Hawley was the lone senator to oppose adding Sweden and Finn to NATO.
Think about it, which authoritarian country is most at risk from the NATO expansion. The U.S. presidential election was interfered with by which country? Which Missouri senator wants to be the president of the United States?
The Kremlin knows that Hawley wants to be its next puppet and that's why there was no vote on NATO expansion.

The amount of money proposed is very large and would cause inflation. It would not change someone's life. People who paid for college would pay for it. People who don't want to give it would give it.
The price of college is not something that people want to talk about. The cost of tuition is determined by a number of factors. I put my husband through Kansas State University so he could get a minimum- wage job. The cost of tuition was $110 per semester. All of his teachers had full-time jobs. We lived in a couple's home for $24 a month.
Every college in every state has seen an increase in the cost of higher education. graduate students who teach undergrads are paid a pittance with no benefits
