Insider has learned that Donald Trump will show up for his deposition on Wednesday morning.

James is going to grill Trump in person in New York on what he says is a decade-long pattern of financial misstatements on documents used to win hundreds of millions of dollars in tax breaks and bank loans.

A person with knowledge of the deposition's timing told Insider that it would be the latest in a series of legal hurdles for the former president.

FBI agents searched the Mar-a-Lago estate of Donald Trump on Monday. On Tuesday, a federal appeals court panel ruled in favor of Congress.

Since January, the AG has tried to sit Trump down and question him about his finances. He had been ordered to appear before the AG.

The subpoena was lost in both the state Supreme Court and the First Department Appellate Division.

The former president and his two children were scheduled to be deposed on July 20 and 21. The dates were delayed because of the death of Ivana Trump.

They sat for their depositions last week.

Eric Trump invoked his 5th amendment right more than 500 times when he sat for a James deposition.
