The general public will be able to participate in the testing of the thirdiOS 16 and iPadOS 16betas. The second public alpha came two weeks after the fifth developer alpha.

Apple Pay Later will allow users to pay for Apple Pay purchases in fee-free installments, and the iCloud shared photo library offers a convenient way to share photos with family members. The Weather app and Stage Manager are only available for the iPad with Apple Silicon chips.
