Graham likened the DOJ's investigation to past and current probes of the former president. He didn't accuse the DOJ of being politically motivated.

If Republicans take control of the Senate in this year's elections, Sen. Rick Scott of Florida said he would launch an investigation into the raid. The search was "unprecedented" according to Sen. John Barrasso of Wyoming, who is a member of Senate Republican leadership.
McConnell has largely avoided commenting on Trump since he left the White House.
