In 1985 the home was constructed. The previous owners lived full time on the island.
Landucci said that the home is accessible year-round. In the winter, residents can drive across the ice on the lake. The sale of the property comes with a hovercraft.
He said it takes about three to five minutes to cross the lake in a pontoon.

Landucci said that anentrepreneur and a young family have inquired about the home. The person would have the funds to own the house.
