According to a CNN reporter, Donald Trump was in New York City when federal agents executed a search warrant on his home in Mar-A-Lago.
The search warrant was carried out in the early hours of Monday morning. The search warrant was confirmed by Trump in a statement.
His statement said that nothing like this had ever happened to a President of the United States. The raid on my home was not necessary after I worked and cooperated with the Government agencies.
After leaving the White House, Trump retreats to his Mar-a-Lago home for the summer. He spends the year at his golf club in New Jersey.
Trump claimed that the search was meant to block him from running for president in 2024. He said that they broke into his safe.
