It has been quiet so far this summer, but that could change soon.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, at least three teams are still interested in the player.

Sources said that the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors and Miami Heat are the most significant candidates to acquire KD.

A package centered around All-Star forward Jaylen Brown was reportedly offered by Boston. He said in his report that the Celtics' offer is seen as a viable deal, and that he has a good relationship with Boston head coach Ime Udoka. When Udoka was an assistant for the Nets and Team USA, he spent time with them.

The front office has made clear privately that they will take every last asset from a team that trades for KD.

The governor of the Nets, Joe Tsai, had a face-to-face meeting with a man who wanted to be traded. He gave Tsai an ultimatum to choose between the pair of general manager Sean Marks and coach Steve Nash or the one with the best player in the NBA.

On June 30th, he requested to be traded. Despite entering the first year of a four-year, $198 million contract extension, KD stated he does not have faith in the direction of the team.

It will not be easy for the Nets to part ways with the 2013-14 Most Valuable Player if they can't find a deal that will satisfy them. If a trade doesn't happen, there's a chance that KD skips training camp.
