There are several more Apple products that are rumored to launch later this year, including new iPad and Mac models.

We put together a list of five Apple products that are likely to be released by the end of the year.

Second-Generation AirPods Pro

An update to the wireless headphones is rumored to be imminent, nearly three years after the release of the AirPods Pro.

An upgrade to the H1 chip that powers features like active noise cancellation is expected to be one of the new features of the second-generation AirPods Pro.

There is a chance that the charging case for the new AirPods Pro will be water resistant.

The stems that drop below the earbuds were reported to have been eliminated by Apple in the testing of the new AirPods Pro. There are rumors that the new AirPods Pro won't have any design changes.

There is a report that claims the next AirPods Pro will have heart rate detection, hearing aid capabilities, and a charging case.

iPad Pro With M2 Chip

New iPad Pro models with M2 chips and support for MagSafe wireless charging are expected from Apple later this year, according to Gurman.

The new iPad Pro models will have the same design as the current models, with the exception of a new 4-pin connection on the top and bottom edges. It's not clear what the purpose of these connections is.

In April 2021, Apple updated its iPad Pro line with new features including the M1 chip, 5G support for cellular models, a brighter display on the 12.9-inch model, and an upgraded 12-megapixel front camera.

Entry-Level iPad With USB-C Port

The entry-level iPad is expected to be updated later this year with a larger display, a new design, and a rear camera. The A14 chip is rumored to have 5G support.

While the 10th-generation iPad is expected to retain a Touch ID home button, it is rumored that the device won't have a headphone jack.

In September of 2021, Apple released the 9th-generation iPad with features such as a 10.2-inch display, an A13 Bionic chip, an upgraded 12-megapixel front camera, and double the base storage.

Apple TV With A14 Chip

Apple will launch a new Apple TV with an improved cost structure in the second half of 2022. It's not clear if Apple will lower the price of the Apple TV for customers.

According to Gurman, a new Apple TV is in development with an A14 chip and 4GB of RAM, but it's not clear if it's the same model that Kuo referred to. The current Apple TV 4K, which is equipped with an A12 chip and 3GB of RAM, is slower than the internal upgrades.

The Apple TV 4K starts at $179 and the Apple TV HD starts at $149. There are a lot of streaming sticks for less than $100.

Mac Pro With "M2 Extreme" Chip

A version of the Mac Pro tower was teased by Apple after it announced the Mac studio.

The new Mac Pro is expected to be announced by the end of 2022.

Gurman said that the new Mac Pro will have "M2 Ultra" and "M2 Extreme" chips. It's possible that the new Mac Pro will be smaller due to the switch to Apple Silicon, but it's not clear if the desktop computer will have any major design changes compared to the current Intel-based model.

The Mac Pro would be the fastest Mac ever, beating the Mac Studio with the M 1 Ultra chip.
