Matthew Stafford says he's feeling a little sore in his elbow, but he's feeling better every time he practices. It was :54.

Matthew Stafford said he felt like he could make any throw he wanted after making several deep throws.

During the Rams' spring workouts, Stafford did not throw because he had an injection in his elbow.

Sean McVay said that Stafford's injury is a little bit abnormal for a quarterback, but that the Rams had planned a "modified approach and a progressive build" with him during training camp.

Stafford said he had a little pain. We are working through it. I'm feeling good today. It looked good to me. It's just trying to be smart and make me feel good going into Week 1 while still getting as many reps as possible.

Stafford said he was just going through something that was "irritating at the moment."

Stafford said they had a plan. Every time I throw, I feel stronger. I'm not sure if you were watching. I was able to make any throw I wanted today. I'm trying to be smart when I have the chance to come out here and cut it loose.

McVay pointed out that he wasn't just throwing short and intermediate throws, but was pushing the ball to all types of spots. "Based on the way Stafford threw, I don't think you would know that anything was going on," said Mc Vay.

McVay doesn't know how much you can ask about Matthew's feelings. He threw it all over the lawn. I looked good.

The ball was jumping out of his hand, and we're very much on track with what we wanted. I think he was trying to show you guys that there aren't many questions you can ask him based on how he feels and the way he's throwing it around.

Ramsey was back at practice. Ramsey didn't start training camp on the physically unable to perform list because he hadn't been cleared to practice before. He participated in the field work on Saturday.

Ramsey did a good job as the Rams continued theiracclimation period.

The coach said that they would increase the workload as he felt better.
