Report: Triple H Plans to Bolster WWE Roster After Taking over for Vince McMahon

Triple H is said to be considering bringing more former wrestlers back to the company.

According to Fightful Select, Triple H is just getting started and a feeling-out process has taken place regarding the possibility of releasing or not releasing past WWE talent.

After Vince McMahon retired from his positions of CEO, chairman and head of creative, Triple H took over as head of creative.

The Game's wife and McMahon's daughter are now co-CEOs. Triple H has a lot of freedom to pursue free agents.

He made a huge impact with SummerSlam, which saw Bayley return from injury, flanked by Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky.

When Vince McMahon was in charge, Kai and Sky were both let go from the company.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Sky was going to return to Japan rather than re-sign with the company.

It seems likely that she signed a new contract after Triple H elevated her to the main roster.

There were two more returns on Friday night's episode of the show.

McIntyre was going to rush the ring to attack Roman Reigns and The Usos, but as he was about to do so, he was interrupted by a group of people.

After winning the NXT Championship twice, but never appearing on screen together on the main roster, they were both released in November of 2021.

Now that he has taken out the No. 1 contender for the world title, he is poised to enter the main event scene.

It wouldn't be a surprise if Triple H brought some or all of the former wrestlers back in the near future.
