Nancy Pelosi slammed over so-called 'connection' with China: 'We are truly led by imbeciles'

Nancy Pelosi is being slammed on social media for comments she made about her "connection" with China during a press conference.

Pelosi said that she had a special connection with China because of her childhood memories.

"When I was a little girl, I was told at the beach if I dug a hole deep enough, we would reach China," Pelosi said.

The comment was made by Pelosi during her visit to the region.

There are tracts of jungle land in Taiwan.

The founder of Outkick said that they are led by imbeciles.

There are four US warships positioned east of the island.

"You're telling me this person was our best choice to visit taiwan?" another person asked.

Pelosi stopped in Taiwan on Tuesday despite warnings from China that she shouldn't go.

"Our visit is one of several Congressional delegations to Taiwan, and it is not contrary to longstanding United States policy, guided by the Taiwan Relations Act of 1979," Pelosi said. The United States is opposed to changing the status quo.
